As a hot topic of education,"campus bullying" has been frequently reported in recent years.Campus bullying has brought great harm to students,schools and society.Junior high school is an important turning point in the development of students' life.Physical and mental development is not yet mature,and emotional fluctuations are large,which can easily lead to campus bullying.As the primary person in charge of class management,the head teacher is also the direct person responsible for dealing with campus bullying.It is very important for the healthy growth and future development of students that the junior middle school head teacher can correctly understand and reasonably deal with "campus bullying".This study selects X Middle School in W City as the case study object,through the method of questionnaire survey to understand the general situation of campus bullying in X Middle School;at the same time,taking 20 junior middle school head teachers in this school as the interview object,using the method of in-depth interview to understand the current situation of junior middle school head teachers' understanding and coping with "campus bullying",summarize the deviation and deficiency in the process of understanding and coping,analyze the causes and put forward the advantages and disadvantages The strategy of standardization.The results show that: as a large private model junior high school,X middle school does exist the phenomenon of "campus bullying",and the degree is more serious;the head teacher's understanding of "campus bullying" and the current situation of coping with it have some deviations and deficiencies.The cognitive bias of junior middle school head teachers to "campus bullying" is mainly reflected in:(1)lack of enough attention to campus bullying;(2)incomplete understanding of the concept,types and causes of campus bullying;(3)passive and perfunctory attitude towards campus bullying.The problems of junior middle school head teachers in dealing with "campus bullying" are mainly reflected as follows:(1)single way of education and conservative means of prevention;(2)negative coping style and little effect;(3)ignoring high-risk personnel and potential factors;(4)teachers' prejudice and lack of follow-up education.Based on the analysis of the causes,this study takes the junior middle school head teachers as the foothold,and puts forward three optimization strategies:(1)the head teachers improve their awareness level;(2)the head teachers actively prevent campus bullying;(3)the head teachers improve their ability to deal with campus bullying.
