Based on the one hundred and four questionnaires filled by the interviewees, the certain correlation between self-esteem and job burnout can be seen easily.Lastly, according to the problems shown in the survey results, we propose a strategy to promote the good self-esteem of the new mandarin tutors in secondary schools from pre-employment stage to the entry stage, which pre-employment is mainly to attach importance of professional development to the target group. While for the entry stage ones is to help them notice the difficulties in practice and correct them on time. A positive evaluation can be used for the above two stages too.
