In modern society which was filled with competition, the burn-out has become the world widespread phenomenon, which brought many negative influences to people's work, life...etc. Many researches expresses the teacher is the high community to produce burn-out, The position of middle school sport teacher seems very awkward in the "culture highest" social environment, As we all know, PE class is a key implement of the party's education policy, But the actual operating process actually being twisted, the middle school athletics teachers can not fully display their own value in such working conditions. And it leads to the burn-out which seriously affected the quality of the sport work. Therefore, the study of the burn-out problem among middle school sport teachers is of great theoretical and practical significance.This paper takes high school athletics teacher as the research object. By using adoption cultural heritage data, questionnaire investigate, interview, statistics, analysis comparison this paper probes thoroughly into the burn-out of middle school teachers, and consider that the burn-out of sport teacher due to their job which cannot obtain the respect and the support from the school and the society, Feeling no sense of success, they become tired of work and show their indifference. At present, the middle school sport teacher has lower satisfaction for their profession. Among them, Female teacher's have an even lower satisfaction for their profession. In comparison, the city teacher's lower than the village teacher. The sport teachers in a middle school are unable to fulfill their self-value and lack of pride sense of teaching profession; Puzzled by reforms on PE course and fear of accidents in PE class restricts their enthusiasm for PE teaching. But the basic reason for their burn-out is Value orientation of modern society causes the peripherization of school PE teaching; they have wrong understanding of the significance of PE teaching; Theoretical construction of PE lacks of independence. The subjective reason is that they have no deep professional faith. Based on the above reasons, this article thought the middle school sport teacher supposed to change the attachment for independent; adapts the social consciousness on their own initiative. They should enhance the humanities accomplishment, set up the good teacher image, to distinguish the feathers of physical education, to strengthen the specialized skill, firm professional faith, to love the sports enterprise. The school should establish the environment for the middle school sport teacher, practically implement the national educational policy, correctly understand "the health first" education principle. The society also should take the value of school sports, bring honor to spirit of the sports, and provides a loose space for the middle school sport teacher's occupation development.
