In the information society, the use of mobile intelligent terminal equipment is more and more widely, at the same time, with the development of the related technology, such as mobile computing technology, wireless communication technology, providing technical conditions for the development of mobile learning,mobile learning as a new way of learning has become the focus of attention and research. Under the mobile technology environment, triggered by new technologies, primary and secondary school teachers are faced with challenges, how to give full play to technological advantages, to further improve the quality of teaching, to promote the development of students, to create new classroom teaching in the new era. Under the new educational technology environment,this paper is to explore how to play to the advantages of technology, to further improve the quality of teaching, to promote the development of students, to create new classroom teaching during the new era.This paper firstly defines the mobile teaching environment, which refers to the classroom teaching environment based on the wireless network technology and the intelligent mobile terminal equipment (the study mainly refers to the tablet computer Pad and the installed learning software), introduces the research background, research status,research objectives, significance, contents and methods; the theoretical foundation of junior high school physics classroom teaching under the environment of mobile teaching:constructivism and Connectionism, as well as the implementation principle of mobile terminal technology applied in classroom teaching on the basis of theory; then around the three mobile teaching environment of junior high school physics classroom teaching practice cases studies and analyzes, to find the use of the function of mobile terminal technology and its advantages over traditional teaching in the practice of physics classroom teaching in junior high school under the mobile teaching environment, to explore the characteristics of junior high school physics classroom teaching under the mobile teaching environment; and through attitude surveys about mobile learning and mobile teaching of teachers who used mobile teaching or unused mobile teaching and students, combined with three cases,explores the status quo and prospects of the implementation of physics classroom teaching in junior high school under the mobile teaching environment.
