Research On The Status Quo Of The Development Of Amateur Five-a-side Football In Chengdu And Its Development Countermeasures

Since twenty-first Century,the continuous improvement of living standards,not only to meet the food and clothing,more the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle,and as the world's first football sport,it has attracted more and more people begin to pay attention to and participate in the amateur football activities in the past.At the grassroots level to attract more people to participate in football,the establishment of a huge football population groups,to create a good atmosphere for football,Chinese football should be the path of sustainable development.Chengdu football itself has a strong mass base and a good atmosphere,and Futsal as one of the most easy to carry out the amateur football activities in Chengdu in recent years,football fans also have a rapid development.This paper takes Chengdu amateur Futsal's status as the basis,using the scientific research methods of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,absorb and learn from the world developed area amateur Futsal's experience,combined with the city of Chengdu amateur football sports characteristics,development status of Chengdu amateur Futsal was investigated,the following conclusions:1,As a football development pilot city of Chengdu,amateur futsal booming in recent years,have maintained a good momentum of development,more and more people are involved in the amateur futsal activity.2,Amateur five-a-side pitch number of Chengdu,to meet the needs of amateur futsal players of Chengdu,the lack of effective management means,but most of the stadium income mainly concentrated in the site use fee,youth services and advertising.3,Chengdu amateur futsal sort is various,but the general competitive level is not high,low level of event management organization,attention and attraction of events is limited,and single source of funds,lack of effective security measures,influence the enthusiasm of the participants.4,Chengdu amateur of futsal referees is not high,which seriously restrict the development of amateur futsal in Chengdu.5,Chengdu futsal amateur participants focused on young and middle-aged,18 to 35,generally have a higher degree,have certain economic ability,also have great enthusiasm to exercise,so they choose this amateur futsal activities to meet their own needs.6,Chengdu futsal team generally loosely organized,amateur players great mobility,personnel is not stable,the lack of a scientific and standardized management and high level,the guidance of the coach at the grass-roots level to some extent,restricted the development of amateur futsal.According to the research conclusion and the existing problems,the author put forward the following Suggestions:1,The football association of Chengdu amateur futsal venue for registration,resources integration,unified management,according to the course quality,position setting standards,formulate unified course management system,to standardize the market for amateur futsal stadiums.2,Amateur futsal perfect management system,the introduction of the players,the team registration mechanism,suitable for amateur futsal team management strategy,improve the security system,the management system of amateur futsal is more scientific,standardized.3,Improve the amateur futsal competition system,the football association to integrate existing each stadium league resources,expand the scale of the league.Vigorously develop community-based football matches,making amateur futsal is more close to life,attract more participants.Company operation amateur futsal tournament,event management level of ascension.4,Strengthening the amateur futsal referees,coaches,team culture,the football association to strengthen cooperation with sports colleges and universities,to provide more professional make the referee training,and strengthen the supervision of a referee team,establish the referee supervision mechanism,from the overall enhance the level of referees,is beneficial to improve the image of Chengdu amateur futsal,attract more participants,promote amateur futsal development of Chengdu;Football association regularly faces the society for the grass-roots coaches training,enhance the level of the coaches,improve the overall level of amateur futsal of Chengdu.
