| Optimising the industrial structure is not only a reflection of the high quality development of the sports industry,but also an important tool.As a developing urban industry,the sports industry not only increases the economic income of cities,but also provides the public with a healthy and environmentally friendly way to consume.It also plays an important role in socio-economic transformation.However,with the changing stage of economic development,changing consumer attitudes and an increasingly complex market environment,the urban sports industry is beginning to face structural problems.These problems include uneven development among regions,low industry linkage effects and insufficient market traction.This paper analyses the development of the urban sports industry in Shijiazhuang and analyses the imbalances in the structure of the industry,in order to find effective ways to improve the structure of the sports industry,accelerate the transformation of the sports industry to high quality,ensure that the supply of the industry can effectively meet the pursuit of a better cultural life of urban residents,and put forward rational suggestions.This paper chooses to take the strategy of optimising the structure of the sports industry in Shijiazhuang as the research object.Based on the theory of industrial structure optimisation,literature research,field study,SWOT-PEST analysis,mathematical statistics and logical analysis are used.The overall structure of the city’s sports industry is divided into four main levels: output value structure,employment structure,investment structure and demand structure,and the characteristics of the structure of Shijiazhuang’s sports industry are studied.Then,the overall characteristics of the structure of the sports industry in Shijiazhuang were determined from the perspective of commonalities and characteristics,while the structural characteristics of each sub-sector were analysed.The main reliance is on the SWOT-PEST analysis method,combined with macro-environmental analysis including political,economic,social and technological factors,in order to find the key factors influencing the formation of the structural characteristics of the sports industry in Shijiazhuang.The aim is to explore ways of improvement and development from all aspects in order to promote the optimisation and modernisation of the local sports industry structure.Research conclusions: The sports industry in Shijiazhuang still suffers from structural problems such as inefficient industrial structure policies,backward industrial technology,unbalanced industrial development between regions,low industrial softening,backward talent training mechanisms,low talent quality and low consumer stickiness.In order to solve the above problems,from the perspective of comprehensive development and combining the analysis matrix of various internal and external influencing factors,a four-pronged optimisation strategy was formed: Growth Strategy(SO),which focuses on strengthening policy support,improving the efficiency of policy implementation and giving full play to the advantages of the sports industry in order to promote the development of industrial integration and facilitate the accelerated implementation of advanced technologies,as reflected in the implementation of sports marketing strategies.The Transformation Strategy(WO)focuses on deepening the sports governance system,improving the market regulation mechanism and establishing a reasonable spatial layout of the industry in order to achieve intra-regional synergy and actively develop the sports service industry to meet the diversified needs of the people.The defence Strategy(WT)focuses on improving the talent training mechanism and introducing high quality talent;improving the quality of corporate services and promoting mass sports consumption;and raising the market access threshold and improving the investment mechanism.The diversification strategy(ST)focuses on highlighting the core market position,developing the sports consumption market,clarifying the characteristics of the sports industry and developing a stable sports consumption group. |
