Along with economic globalization,as well as the author of the mode of production change,the adjustment of industrial structure and national long-term education reform and development program(2010 ~ 2020 year)"clearly put forward: to make significant innovation of modern vocational education system;at the same time to promote the countries vocational education healthy development and to meet the challenges of the modern industrial structure adjustment is put forward,and cultivate qualified craftsman" powers ".Core literacy society for talents especially on students' professional quality requirements gradually improve,under the background of the reflection in the process of developing the vocational education of various lost appear increasingly important.Among them,the sports education as part of secondary vocational education will not or lack of,also should comply with the request of the ages,that is,in the content of "physical education" at the same time,maximum limit display "professional education" attribute;namely to cultivate the students' sports ability at the same time,also to breed them form the concept of lifetime sports,build with characteristic of secondary vocational physical education curriculum becomes increasingly urgent.This study application of situational teaching method to the experimental study on the school basketball teaching,discusses the teaching method in the basketball teaching feasibility and efficiency of the use,in order to optimize the school basketball teaching method,improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational basketball class to provide the reference of theory and practice.Through the literature material method,experimental method,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,etc.,the application of situational teaching method in the secondary vocational basketball classroom is not relate to,need to elaborate presupposition,preparation before class,in view of the huaibei industrial school in grade one computer(1)and(2)computer class as test object,the experimental study of 18 weeks 36 class hours,trying to explore the application of the situational teaching method in the secondary vocational basketball classroom promotion,research suggests that:(1)the situational teaching method in classroom trials,should insist on the principle of diversification,interesting principle,based on raw principle;(2)by creating a game situation,multimedia situation,competition situation,create story situation,create contrast situation,create mnemonic situation,role-playing situation,create cooperation situation play a guiding role of the teacher and the student main body role;(3)the situational teaching method to help students actively to learn basketball basic skills,will help students grasp a basketball in the teaching process of actual combat techniques,improve the level of secondary vocational students' physical quality,basketball skills,such as basketball emotional cognitive level have a remarkable achievement.To sum up,in the secondary vocational basketball class implementation of situational teaching method is feasible,has obtained the certain teaching effect,is worth promoting in the secondary vocational basketball class.But should not be ignored is that due to the scope of study,the limitation of research time,etc,on the application of situational teaching method needs further study.
