Situational teaching method is a combination of curriculum content,leading students into a similar situation with the real job environment,in order to train and improve the students to the basic theory of teaching and practical operation technology integration as the goal.In e-commerce customer service courses,situational teaching method,as an important teaching method,has been used to create vivid and specific scenes with certain emotional colors and images as the main body,to help students understand the teaching materials,stimulate students’ emotions and make students develop practical skills.In view of this,this paper mainly through the investigation to understand the status quo of the application of situational teaching in e-commerce customer service courses in secondary vocational schools,summarize and analyze the status quo,find out its shortcomings in the implementation process,and then put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the implementation process.This paper is based on the constructivism learning theory,the situated cognition theory and humanism learning theory basis,mainly for secondary situational teaching method to investigate the application of electronic commerce,using observation method,literature study,questionnaire and interview survey method,using LICC classroom observation paradigm and e-commerce customer service course instructor teaching plans,Observation analysis of classroom teaching,the use of SPSS analysis on data obtained by recycling series of interpretation and the interview result,find the problems existing in the application process and the causes of problem analysis and put forward specific targeted suggestions,to improve the application of the situational teaching method in the e-commerce customer service and development.Through investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the application of situational teaching method in the course of E-commerce customer Service in secondary vocational schools,such as single application of situational teaching method,low degree of students’ participation in class,incomplete evaluation mechanism of teaching effect,and insufficient source of situational creation materials.Based on the learning situation of situational teaching method,teaching situation of situational teaching method,evaluation situation of situational teaching method and other aspects to find the cause of the problem: not according to the content of situational teaching reform teaching method;Teachers lack the ability to mobilize classroom management;The evaluation of teaching effect is not valued enough;Insufficient efforts were made to expand and update situational materials.In view of the above situation,the author puts forward four strategies: improving teachers’ situational teaching ability;Collect situational teaching resources with practical value.Improve the methods of teaching evaluation.Schools should renew their educational philosophy and provide support for situational teaching method.The above suggestions can stimulate students’ enthusiasm for independent learning,improve their classroom learning efficiency,enable students to learn independently more easily,lay a foundation for their career development in the future,and provide reference for the future development of the school.
