| With 1258 students in Chengdu city Wukuaishi primary school as the research object,the physical health test data in 2015 based on the data from the national student fitness and health survey database,the use of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical reasoning and other research methods,on the primary school students' physical Wukuaishi monitoring data are research results show that:(1)body shape,height and weight increased year by year,but most of the students of the BMI index is too light.(2)the heart and lung function,high school students(grade five or six)low vital capacity.(3)the quality of sports,speed,strength and quality of the age of the growth,the results increased significantly;endurance,flexibility,the quality is decreased significantly.(4)visual acuity,students' visual acuity decreased as the grade increased,the higher grade students fell seriously.Through data analysis the influence factors of Chengdu city Wukuaishi primary school students' physique:(1)the concept of social quality education needs to be mature,the harmonious development of sports and human cognition is not enough.(2)the school physical education system is not perfect,the limitation of the school site,the content of the teacher's teaching is dull,the teaching method is single and old.(3)parents' awareness of their own physical education is not enough,and the pursuit of high scores of students to inhibit the enthusiasm of the students.(4)the consciousness of students' self body forging is not enough,"inertia" can not get a positive containment.To this end,put forward to improve the Chengdu city Wukuaishi primary school students' physical means:(1)strengthen the diversification of evaluation of students.(2 to enhance the effectiveness of school physical education.(3)to build a learning platform to improve the professional quality of teachers.(4)to cultivate students' good learning and living habits,and to enhance the students' Sports consciousness. |
