| As an important part of Chinese course teaching,oral communication teaching plays an instrumental role in Chinese all the time.It is the embodiment of Chinese comprehensiveness and sociality.Senior physiologists should better cultivate their oral communication ability,but in the actual teaching process There are still many problems in Chinese oral communication teaching in senior high schools: first,the resources of teaching materials on oral communication are limited,and the content is not integrated with students’ life;second,teachers’ guidance methods are inappropriate and do not reflect students’ subjectivity;third,students The autonomy is not strong enough to improve the ability of independent creative expression;fourth,the oral communication teaching method is not innovative,and the teaching effect is not good.This research takes high school Chinese oral communication teaching as the object,based on Rogers’ s humanistic learning theory of meaningful free learning and non-guided teaching,and comprehensively uses research methods such as questionnaire survey method,observation method and case analysis method.The current situation of oral communication teaching,put forward corresponding solutions.In the teaching process,teachers should combine the teaching content with students’ life,create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere to facilitate students’ oral expression;in the guidance of students,they should play the role of a facilitator to promote learning and establish a friendly teacher-student relationship.Encourage students to express freely and actively and grow in learning;respect the dominant position of students in teaching methods,pay attention to the combination of knowledge and emotion,and use self-inquiry methods to improve students’ oral communication skills;focus on openness in evaluation methods,Different standards are adopted for students of different levels,and students’ self-feedback is emphasized,so that students’ oral communication ability can be improved in a targeted manner.Since "listening and speaking teaching" was changed to "oral communication teaching" in 2000,the academic circles have gradually carried out research on oral communication teaching.The main direction of the high school oral Chinese communication teaching based on theoretical research is the direction of constructivism and cognitivism.Oral communication is a complex dynamic communication process,which is controlled by both subjective consciousness and objective factors.It attaches importance to people’s subjectivity,initiative,and the importance of situations,which coincides with Rogers’ theory of humanistic learning,and there are few studies in this field,so this topic is worth studying.From the perspective of humanistic learning theory,it is analyzed that oral Chinese communication teaching in senior high schools conforms to the educational goal of "education",which can bring new thinking to oral communication teaching. |
