There are some problems in the teaching methods of practical reading nowadays,such as unclear teaching logic and students' inability to obtain information and knowledge more efficiently.This also makes it impossible to achieve the teaching goal of acquiring information and increasing knowledge effectively in practical text reading teaching.Knowledge visualization refers to the application of visual representation to promote the dissemination and innovation of group knowledge.Its essence is to express people's individual knowledge by graphical means,so that individuals can obtain information more directly and figuratively,that is,"image recognition".More effectively promote knowledge dissemination and innovation.Applying knowledge visualization tools to visualize and visualize dull abstract text is beneficial to practical text teaching.Therefore,this paper combines theoretical analysis with practical teaching examples to study and analyze knowledge visualization tools(mainly concept maps,mind maps,thinking maps).On the one hand,the study of knowledge visualization tools for practical text reading teaching significant advantages.On the other hand,the practical text types suitable for each knowledge visualization tool are studied.In addition,this paper explores how students can use knowledge visualization tools to acquire information and cultivate logical thinking when they read practical texts independently.
