After 800 years in University of Oxford,has decided to stand in the world of higher learning of the forest,has always been the world renowned academic hall.University of Oxford is enduring,after hundreds of years of history of the washing is still the fundamental reason lies in its stand proudly,adhere to the fine tradition of the college system and timely on college system reform.The essence of a university is to educate,educate,develop and research,all of which are based on "freedom".The spiritual essence of the college system lies in the "right in the college",which gives the college full academic freedom,teaching freedom and freedom of property.The characteristics of the college system in University of Oxford are mainly embodied in the federal management,independent economic status and so on.It can be seen that the grasp of the essence of the college system in University of Oxford is helpful to the reform and development of Chinese universities.Based on this,the focus of this paper lies in the mining of University of Oxford's college system background and foundation,combing the development process,to explore the kernel and defects,focuses on the analysis of University of Oxford College of higher education reform.Specifically,the full text is divided into five parts.The introduction briefly states the origin of the research,the present situation,the significance,the method and the train of thought of the research,and defines the concept of the core vocabulary of the college and college system.The first chapter introduces the foundation of the system of University of Oxford.The second chapter reviews the development evolution of the University of Oxford School of business,can be divided into three stages: first,Merton School of University of Oxford School of business innovation--the start-up period;second,"Lauder treaty" issued University of Oxford college system reform period;third,establishment of inheritance and innovation of University of Oxford college system,and establish a permanent the new school.The third chapter analyzes the operation and influence of the college system in University of Oxford,which focuses on the analysis of the four aspects of the operation of the college system.This chapter focuses on the University of Oxford in the federal system of two levels ofuniversities and colleges,and spend a lot of time to explain the school setting,the specific operation and management methods of how to achieve the entity,subjectivity and autonomy;second,tutorial system and the concept of elite education: College of the operation of the system of security personnel;third and economic autonomy:economic security system operation;fourth,academic freedom: the operation of the system of the original driving force;and a brief analysis of the positive effects and negative effects of the college system.The fourth chapter aims to explore the Enlightenment of University of Oxford College of higher education development in China,summarized as follows: first,expand the school running autonomy,stimulate the school vitality;second,optimize the faculty and teaching methods,teachers and students to achieve third,independent college Teaching benefits teachers as well as students.;give property rights,to revitalize the University;fourth,stick to the academic the freedom of the soul,to enhance the core competitiveness of the college.
