Classroom conflict between teachers and students refers to the interactive process where teachers and students are in the open or hidden opposition because of values,differences in goals and not meeting each other's expectations.As a common phenomenon in the classroom,it is difficult to completely avoid and eliminate.Besides,it has a positive and negative for the dual function which depends on the nature of the conflict itself and the attitude of both teachers and students and some approaches.As for this kind of conflict,we should admit it and actively play its positive function.Recently,with the increasing conflict between teachers and students,frequent conflict has seriously affected the effectiveness of education and teaching and teacher-student harmony,especially for the rural schools.It is of great value to understand the conflict between teachers and students,to better promote the positive function of teachers and students,and to restrict their adverse effects.There are some achievements and shortages for the past study.The development of traditional and contemporary conflict theory has provided useful enlightenment for the study of the conflict between teachers and students.In the view of conflict theory,according to the violent degree of conflict,it can be divided into general behavior conflict and confrontational behavior conflict,benign and vicious conflict,realistic and unrealistic conflict.According to the rationality of the conflict between the teachers and students and their function,it can be divided into traditional view of the conflict between teachers and students and prevalent and modern view of reasonable phenomenon.The investigation of the conflict between teachers and students focused on three aspects in the rural areas of Weihai,Qingdao and Jinan in Shandong Province,they are respectively recognition of classroom conflict,degree of conflict and categories of conflict.At the recognition of classroom conflict,the author found that the majority of teachers had a double conflict function view.But the students regard conflict of teachers and students as a negative one.At the degree of conflict,the conflict of teachers and students in rural primary school classroom is low level.As the aspect of categories,the general behavior conflict and realistic conflict are the main forms between teachers and students.To be specific,the performances of the conflict between teachers and students are mainly as follows: "students do not listen to teachers' advice,to speak freely","students do not follow teachers' rules to repeatPetty Action" and "students do not implement the teaching requirements of teachers".The occurrence of conflict between teachers and students is not only from teachers,but also students,schools and family reasons.In the rural primary school,there are many reasons leading to the conflict,such as the internal mechanism of the school defects,the old concept of teachers and lack of ability,students' "non-normative" cultural suppression and problem behavior,parenting,and improper family relationship and so on.In order to better eliminate the adverse effects of teachers and students conflict,also to promote the healthy development of teacher-student relationship,we need to further improve the school internal mechanism,update the concept of teachers,enhance students' self-restraint and communication skills,and create a healthy and healthy family environment.
