Teacher-student relation is a most basic and most important relation in education course. Education is a activity that teacher and student take part in jointly. Teacher and student are initiative main bodies, so it is a bilateral activity. Teacher-student reciprocal effect and building teacher-student no longer exist, education isn't be.In recent years, with society developing and improving of education democracy, teacher-student conflict sets an unprecedented seat and gets widespread focus. In this problem, there are reasons which not only student's sense has been changed at information society and parents' honoring the teacher and revering teaching sense has been changed in market economy, but also teacher-self power is weaken. This paper starts with phenomenon and reason of teacher-student relation and conflict, and then combines the new teacher-student relation (democracy, equality, dialogue and harmonious) to pose theory which build shared vision. Teacher use this theory to build shared vision in his class and he is effective initiating and impelling. Using this way, teacher-student conflict can be eased and relation can be optimized. Teacher and student should change the communication way and improve condition, and then the education power is tapped. For teacher who has heavy teaching task, improving of teacher-student relation can show teacher's worth very well.This paper discusses the source of teacher-student relation and pose a way which base on building shared vision theory. It has four chapters:The first chapter is foreword. It includes posing problem, research significance, studying methods, learning the source of theory.The second chapter will discuss the present situation which our country's teacher-student relation. It is important to discuss the present situation.The third chapter will analyses the reasons of teacher-student conflict.The fourth chapter will discuss problem which build shared vision and optimizing teacher-student relation. Bases on a comprehension which analyze teacher-student relation, this chapter pose methods.
