From the perspective of the development of the times,we have entered the era of knowledge economy;From the perspective of national development,we are in the stage of the urgent need for innovative talents;From the perspective of educational development,we have caught up with the trend of innovative education;From the perspective of student development,we urgently need the awakening of innovation consciousness.Innovation,has become urgent.Building innovative countries needs innovative talents and innovative talents need innovative education.How in high school students this "life first button" stage to carry out ideological and political teaching,inspire innovation,maximize innovation,shaping the correct world view,outlook on life,values.It is every ideological and political education workers must seriously think about the problem.This article takes high school ideological and political teaching as a foothold,penetrate into the sense of innovation as a guide,cultivate innovative talents as the goal.In the "people-oriented" principle and combined with internship experience,depth analysis of the ideological and political lessons in the penetration of innovation consciousness faced by the plight,the reasons for analysis and countermeasures.This paper mainly adopted the literature research method,the Internet access information method and the in-depth classroom experience to study the topic selection.Which in addition to the text and summary,a total of three parts:The first part introduces the connotation and characteristics of the innovation consciousness and the necessity of infiltrating the innovation consciousness in the teaching of the ideological and political course,and expounds the necessity from the four aspects of the state,society,education and individual.The second part introduces the dilemma and causes of the infiltration of innovation consciousness in the teaching of ideological and political education,such as the lack of traditional educational concepts,the lack of innovative curriculum resources,the backward teaching methods and means,the lack of teachers' innovation consciousness and the obsolete teaching evaluation.The third part introduces the countermeasures to infiltrate the dilemma of innovation consciousness in the teaching of ideological and political courses.For example:to establish a new concept,resource integration and innovation,update teaching methods and means to establish a sound teacher comprehensive evaluation system,education system mechanism innovation.
