Biological Students' Creative Ability

The key to progress in science and technology is to enormously develop human resources , to largely improve quality of workforce , and all this depends on education . In fact, the competition for science and technology and talents is just that of education .Then as a teacher , how to improve students' quality, especially students' quality to create is a new subject ,put forward to teaching scheme of school in the development of market economy in modern society .Being a teacher of biology in modern times ,we should be fully conscious of its importance and necessity .This article has analysed necessity of bringing forth new ideas , and meanwhile , also put forward some measures and schemes to improve students' ability to create in teaching biology . The aim of this essay , on one hand , is to improve teachers' self-quality and consciousness of bringing forth new ideas ; on the other hand , to improve students' ability to create .Without creating .there is no development , or we will be eliminated by society . In the process of writing the thesis, I did a lot of practical work and theoretical study. I paid special attention to the aspects that some students are weak in in the field of innovative education, in order to improve their innovative ability and make them unique and innovative. The cultivation of innovative ability includes five aspects: the cultivation of innovative consciousness, the cultivation of innovative spirit, the cultivation of innovative thinking , the cultivation of innovative learning methods and the cultivation of innovative personality. In this way students will be helped to be more innovative, not only in thought , but also in action ; not only be willing to , but also be able to do so. Among them , the cultivation of innovative consciousness is the premise of innovation, and the cultivation of innovative thinking is the pith of innovation . In the long process of biology teaching , I deeply know the importance of these two aspects , so I have made careful study of. them for a long time .
