In the new period of the basic curriculum reform in our country,teachers have more room for development,and also put forward higher requirements for teachers' education and teaching.The quality of teachers is the key to the development of education in our country,and China's "cross century gardener project",also shows that teachers are the key factor in education reform,promoting teachers' professional development has become one of the most important pursuit of education,basic education and the language discipline is the most important subject in Chinese,language education is the mother tongue education,it is clear that the teacher is the key factor in the education reform.Education narrative research,opened a new door for the development of Chinese teachers,the close to life,close to the practice,pay attention to the teacher's own feelings,experiences and aspirations,provides a to promote their own professional development an important way for Chinese teachers.The application and development of educational narrative research,the return of teachers' discourse,the change of educational theory and practice from the situation,so that practice and theory are closely linked,for language teachers to become "Research-oriented teachers" provide an opportunity,but also enrich the theory of language education.Educational narrative research is based on the real education of language teachers,"to teach the story of education" as a way to "bottom-up" as a path of a study.For the educational development in the new period,we should emphasize the development of Chinese teachers' professional accomplishment,also attaches great importance to construct the inner spiritual world,and teachers to carry out educational narrative research to meet this requirement of the development.This study is based on the teacher as the subject of research and narrative,more detailed discussion of educational narrative research on the professional development of language teachers to promote the relevant issues.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part of the educational narrative research,teachers' professional development and educational narrative research and the research status of Chinese teachers' professional language are discussed,and clarify the purpose of this study.The second part describes the theoretical basis of educational narrative research,concept and characteristics,trying to find out the connection with the professional development of the language teacher..The third part summarizes the professional development of Chinese teachers,and discusses the connotation of professional development of Chinese teachers and the dilemma ofdevelopment.The fourth part is the focus of this paper,the application of educational narrative to the value of Chinese subject and the study of educational narrative have made a detailed exposition on the effective promotion of Chinese teachers' professional development.The fifth part summarizes the research on the narrative research of language teachers and the research of educational narrative on the professional development of Chinese teachers.Finally,the author gives some suggestions on the development of educational narrative.The educational narrative research on improving the professional quality for Chinese teachers,renew the educational concept,improve education behavior,towards a more professional development provides a strong support.
