In a country, or a one-hundred-year plan, education is the foundation; for the education, the teachers are the foundation. The teachers play a key role in the education development, the quality of which directly relates to educational quality. However, there's professional quality which is not inborn is gradually developed and upgraded. The process of developing professional quality is a socialized process. For this reason, this study go deep into the life of teachers' professional development, in order to analysis his development process and reason, then find out related advices .The purpose is to take one teacher as an example to explore teachers' professional development. As the mother-tongue, Chinese teaching plays important roles. It's functions of cultural transmission and Spirit education becomes more obvious, especially in high school. This paper mainly utilizes the narrative research method, choosing a teacher of Chinese language in high school as the research object, from educational view, education emotion, education knowledge and education skills to study the teacher's professional development status. To narrative the teacher's growing experience and education career stories.In the course of research,the author do the following works: observing classroom teaching, collecting teaching reflections, teaching records , students'compositions, The author do some timely interviews on the teacher and his leadership, colleagues and students. In addition, the author provides lots of questionnaires to the teacher's the students in order to get more information about his present status of professional development.This paper consists of five parts. In the first part, it stars with the introduction of the background of the Study, home and abroad study, purpose and significance, the definitions of the related concepts, the theoretical basis of the Study, research methods and research process. The second part is the stories of teacher's professional development, which consists of the description of professional development process, the state of professional development and the stories in and out of class. The third part of the paper describes special teachers'development process in the four stages of preparatory period before starting teaching, adjusting period at beginning, maturing period, developing period after-maturing, using which to analysis and sum up effective factors. In the fourth part, the paper puts forward some suggestions: Education emotion plays the role of spirit leading in the teachers' professional development; and Professional accomplishment is solid foundation of teachers' professional development; Lifelong learning is basic security of teachers' professional development; Teaching reflection is an effective way .The last part of the paper is reflection of the research.
