Research On The Reform Of The Training Program For Social Sports Guidance And Management In Shandong Institute Of Physical Education

Specialty cultivation program is the blueprint for colleges and universities to achieve the objectives.It is also the basic document that the school monitors and evaluates the quality of education and teaching.It is the main basis for organizing all teaching activities and management.Whether the program is designed scientifically and logically.is directly related to the quality of talent training and to the effective utilization of various educational resourcesSocial Sports Specialty in Shandong Sports Institute began in 2000,and began enrollment the following year.The program was revised and improved in 2010 and2013.Over the past decade,the social and economic development in Shandong has undergone tremendous changes,and in recent years the demand for social sports talents has been quite different.Therefore,it is very important and necessary to make a timely revision and optimization of the specialty cultivation program.Through literature,interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the author draws the following conclusions:There are three problems in the training target of Social Sports Specialty: target convergence,target dummy and target dislocation.Its training modes are closed andsingle.Its teaching mechanism is more rigid but less flexible.There are fewer Optional courses and practical courses in the Elderly Sports direction;It is difficult to guarantee the quality of practical teaching.Both the practice time and practice bases are insufficient;there are no unified standards for practice evaluation.
