The new curriculum reform requires the cultivation of students' thinking ability,and mathematics in the cultivation of human thinking ability has irreplaceable role.Mind mapping using radioactive way, making the human brain thinking process more concrete and visible. It has become an excellent tool to cultivate the ability to think. It plays an important role in improving students' divergent thinking ability and score. In view of this, the author chooses the topic that using mind mapping teaching in middle school mathematics teaching strategy for theoretical research and practice exploration.The purpose of our study lies in the research of teaching strategy of mathematics teaching Mind Map so as to inspire the students' intrest in learning ,improve their creative thinking level.This study uses literature, questionnaire, experimental method and so on.Combined with psychology, pedagogy, brain science, learning theory to explore the application of Mind Mapping in teaching. With the help of software ,we analyze the effect of Mind Map teaching strategy in the students' learning achievement and the level of creative thinking ,meanwhile the students are studied according to different learing levels.Nowadays,the research on Mind Mapping has been studied from the theory to the practice in the western countries. The teaching of Mind Mapping has been carried out in the primary school in western countries, while the research on Mind Mapping in China is relatively late. At the present stage, the researches were limited to the classification of knowledge system. Furthermore , the researches were mainly reflects the teachers' understanding of the knowledge system, instead of the self-study of students.This paper will explain how to use the Mind Mapping in the pre-class preview,class learning,after-school review. Students can adapt to the brain's divergent thinking through intuitive and vivid mind mapping, so that students can built their own knowledge system according to their understanding of knowledge.The result shows that Mind Map teaching strategy in middle school mathematics,it can promote the construction of students' cognitive structure effectively. In addition,it has improved the level of the students in memorizing, understanding and remembering level of mathematical thinking ability.
