The children in the the 4?5 years old children were collected as the observation objects from a kindergarten of Nanjing,mainly adopt the methods of natural observation and interview,the collected cases are analyzed by combining qualitative research with quantitative research methods.revealing the characteristics of children'anger and sadness,as well as some coping strategies of teachers:Starts from the cause of developing anger and sadness of the 4?5 years old children,the incentives of negative emotional are mainly divided into three categories:triggered by classmates,teachers and themselves.if under the specific scenario of event is divided into,defend kindergarten's rules,the conflicts of real right and body movements,words attack,the rejection of partner,fight for space,be wronged by companions,teachers' verbal criticism,and so on 16 negative emotions.Among them,the main incentive of the anger and sadness is triggered by companions.As far as the teacher's coping strategies,teachers's strategies to cope with the children also can be divided into three categories:positive strategies,neutral strategies and negative strategies.among them,the neutral strategy is the most and the negative strategy is the least.if accord to the specific coping strategies,that three categories are divided into 16 kinds,the comfort of emotions,have patience to listen the vent of children,seek the true cause,distract attention,offer advice and guidance,simple comfort,cold treatment,neglect,the removal of punishment,moral education,and so on.Based on the results of the study,the author have analyzed the association between the angry and sad mood of the 4?5 years old kids and the coping strategies of teachers,the difference of teachers' coping strategies are closed related to kids' own temperament,different types of children' negative emotions,different background of the activities,often the teachers' own mood.Finally,on the basis of the above study,the author discusses the present situation of teacher's response to the child's anger and sadness,and puts forward some suggestions for teachers' coping strategies,so as to help teachers to better cope with the children' angry and sad mood,at the same time promote the healthy development of children' emotional ability.
