Ability has always been a long-term goal of the educational reform, "ability”conception has become an important guiding ideology in recent years.as an important part of core literacy, the research about discipline key ability is not only a urgent problem to be solved in teaching, but also a hot spot in education research and education reform .Through the document literature, We found that foreign scholars mainly engaged in building the performance standard of subject ability and evaluating the ability. The domestic research mainly concentrated in the defining the concept,exploring its elements and finding training and assessing methods. But at present the related concepts are fuzzy, the elements of subject ability is not clear,and some research conclusions are personal experience .That is to say, Related research lack of the empirical research.This research discusses several problems : (1) Is there a difference about subject key ability in the teachers' in different background eyes?(2)What elements are involved in high school physics subject key ability? (3)What are the implications of the research on the key competence of discipline? This research combines the qualitative research and empirical research method , through literature analysis, the text analysis to grasp the domestic and foreign research present situation, at the same time explaining the connotation of subject key ability. Through the Delphi method to select physics subject ability, and the questionnaire survey of high school physics teacher, which is described by SPSS software statistics and factor analysis, to explore physical subject ability elements, analyzes the meaning of education, and puts forward Suggestions on cultivating subject key ability.This study difference analysis about teachers which is different in Gender, school,education, teaching experience and the title character. We found that different teachers' views on certain ability has significant differences, in view of this, the author thinks that respect gender differences, balanced sex ratio teachers; Increase urban and rural education funds, and strive to realize the education fair; Encourage teachers to continue education, teachers' training mode innovation; Notice the individual is teaching reflection and become research-typed teachers; Strengthen discipline colleagues communication to accelerate the development of teachers. In order to improve the level of teachers' professional development and improve the education quality of teaching.This study study high school physics course as an example to explore high school physics discipline key ability by factor analysis, the study found that high school physics discipline key elements including physical innovation ability,experiment exploring ability,physical comprehensive ability,physical thinking ability,physical understanding, a total of five factors, on this basis, the author put forward some considerations: (1) physical innovation ability is the new Time challenge to the teaching of physical ; (2) advocate inquiry-based teaching to cultivate students physics experiment ability; (3) Strengthen contacts in different subjects , train physics Comprehensive ability by different subjects ; (4) comprehensive training thinking understanding,based on the characteristics of physics subject.Based on the above research, the author put forward the following Suggestions:(1)consider the challenge of the new era to build discipline key ability; (2) under the perspective of core literacy training discipline key ability; (3) put discipline key ability as a rule to build Evaluation and teaching system; (4) pay attention to teachers'professional development and improve teachers' professional ability;(5)the research method of the key ability of the subject should be positive.The author hope this study to explore disciplines competence factors can provide the reference for other subjects .strengthen the research about Student assessment system in different subjects,help teachers to carry out the cultivating ability of student discipline specific goals, make the teaching evaluation about ability is easy to operation,and further to cultivate students' Core literacy.
