Guide learning case is a paper copy, which according to the requirements of new curriculum standard and the students' cognitive level and experience, considering students as the starting point.The elements of learning, such as learning content,objectives, requirements and methods, organically mix together in learning, guiding students to autonomous learning. Using guided learning case teaching activities, is the effective way to implement quality-oriented education,which reveal the thinking process of students more direct, show the process of occurrence and development of knowledge,improve students' learning enthusiasm.Many schools have used guide learning case in teaching,obviously improve the student's result,has been widely praised. However,the using of guided learning case is still in constantly update and perfect stage, there are still many problems to be solved,such as how to work out high quality guide learning case to improve the applicability of the guiding case; and how to use guide learning case to improve the efficiency of students' autonomous learning, etc. In order to give play to the advantages of learning case better, and improve the students' biological science literacy, through literature studying,investigation and interview,experimental researches and so on,seeking to promote learning effective by using guide learning cases.Through investigation and interviews of teachers and students, carries on the summary of the data collected information, the research on the use of guide learning case feedback evaluation,found in this school of learning guidance in the process of using the following problems: different disciplines, different teaching contents and different class type are unified format, this limits the rational use of learning case, model; The student ability and personality differences, some students lack of independent study habits,positive performance in the process of communication and reporting; Number of classes,each group to report time is limited,lead to teams show enough,etc. To solve these problems, I take the corresponding measures, on the one hand, in the process of learning case preparation and use, according to the specific class teaching contents and model of emphasis, optimize design; On the other hand, to strengthen students' preview before class to supervise; pay attention to students' autonomous learning and cooperative exploration of guidance and management in the class, training team members within the rivalry between the spirit of cooperation and team consciousness. Strengthen the inspection of students' learning after class.Through these improvements, the students' enthusiasm in biology class, listen to the teacher's enthusiasm,participation,efficiency in the classroom, academic performance has obvious improvement, team cooperation consciousness and ability, to cultivate the students' collective sense of honor, let the students in effective learning knowledge at the same time, the ability to get promoted. Students become more confident and easy, have the courage to put forward their own ideas, willing to show their results, learning self-consciousness and comprehensive abilities have been improved. The guide learning case is truly serving for the teaching better, giving full play to effective learning guidance function.
