Elementary school freshmen in a kindergarten and primary school two phase transition,facing the great change and challenges of body and mind,will inevitably bring a freshman school maladjustment problems.Important others,and teachers for children's growth to the elementary school freshman school maladjustment problems to guide scientific and properly will help freshmen smoothly through the adjustment period.This study with A teacher in M primary school in Nanjing as the research object,using the observation method,interview method,literature method and so on a variety of methods to collect data,through the analysis of data of trying to study to guide the behavior of meaning construction.This paper will be divided into five parts:The first part is introduction,.including research reason and the significance,the research status at home and abroad,the definition of related concepts and distinguish,research design,the author discusses the research aim,idea and content,research methods,finally introduces the object of study.A teacher was chosen;The second part is the theoretical basis of this study,including the elementary school lower grade students' physical and mental development characteristics,huck's little join fault theory and ecological systems,human development theory;The third part is the classification and performance of new school maladjustment problem.The author through literature analysis,in the education field of field observation and interviews to first-line teachers collect information of the new school maladjustment,from rules and habits,course learning,interpersonal communication and emotion of the four dimensions on the status of the freshmen maladjustment overview;The fourth part is the research object of behavior under the guidance of teachers A comprehensive analysis,the author entered the education field,record the primary school to adapt to the bad performance in A real situation,under the guidance of teachers of freshmen maladjustment problems objectively describe the teacher guide the status quo,analysis of problems of A teacher's guidance,influence factors and put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,and finally,combed the research object of A teacher in the process of guiding effective strategies for reference in the related education workers;The fifth part is the conclusion and reflection,the author summarizes the conclusions of this research,and points out the lack of innovation,and prospect of this study.
