With the rapid development of information technology,education is face with the huge challenge for the multicultural demands.In foundation education reform target,the students can establish the emotion value view at the same time besides of the knowledge and method.In the usual teaching of English,the emotion object takes the ignoring role comparing with the knowledge and skills objectives.Although the emotion value goal scored certain achievements after many years of efforts,however,there is also a large gap comparing with the original goal.Both the education researchers and the teachers are aware of the importance of emotion value education for the students.Firstly the paper proves the necessity of developing the student's emotion value;the positive emotion factors can promote the development of the student,while the negative emotion factors may affect the students' potential.In a word,it is necessary for the cognitive needs of students emotional target characteristics and psychological development.The paper analyses the most important problem and the causes during the emotion value teaching through the literature research method,investigation method and observing method.The teaching regards the knowledge the skill as the main goal,while ignoring the emotional goal.The teacher's ability is limited,and difficult to fully grasp the emotion goal in the teaching materials.The evaluation cycle is too long,as the evaluation system is not complete.The paper combines with some specific and vivid teaching cases in the primary school English teaching,sums up some effective teaching method,and achieves a better emotional value target.The appropriate emotion teaching goal is made according to the different teaching content,focusing on the topic and the context,taking the students as the main role,overall understanding the teaching goal,taking the game and the story teaching as the main way,strengthening the emotional penetration in pragmatic,vocabulary,grammar teaching,creating the harmonious relationship between teachers and students,achieving the emotional goal of the primary school English teaching.
