Research On Entrepreneurship Education Management Of Zhangzhou Vocational And Technical College

With the development of China's economy entering the new normal era,"Entrepreneurship promotes employment" is the party's appeal and call for the contemporary college students in the new period and the new situation.Companying with the evolution of the times and the cruel employment competition,it has become particularly critical to train college students' awareness of entrepreneurship.Under the employment situation of that the supply exceeds the demand;the entrepreneurship has slowly become the choice of most graduates.Since 2003,The Ministry of Education and many other departments have promulgated policies on guiding college students to obtain flexible employment and actively start their own businesses,and all these have effectively promoted the entrepreneurship of college students.The related researches about the entrepreneurship of college students are also on the march.However,domestic researches are carried out centering on Public Universities and researches on entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges are still in its early days,at the same time,the researches on researches on entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges are quite few.On this account,this paper selects Quzhou Vocational and Technical College as the research object to carry out the researches on problems and their causes involving in entrepreneurship education management in Higher Vocational Colleges,and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is an introduction,including the background of the topic,the theoretical and practical significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods,the innovation and difficulties of the paper and so on;the second chapter is the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts,which mainly explains the significance of The connotation and theoretical basis of entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges and development oriented student work concepts on the entrepreneurship education management in Higher Vocational Colleges;the third chapter analyzes the entrepreneurship education management in Quzhou Vocational and Technical Colleg through questionnaires and interviews,and puts forward convincing evidence for the countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problems in later time.The content of the fourth chapter is the problems and causes analysis of entrepreneurship education management in Quzhou Vocational and Technical College,in which,it analyzes and get these three reasons: the shackles of traditional ideas,the short time of undertaking entrepreneurship education,the lack of research on entrepreneurship education,and the lack of funds for entrepreneurship education and others from multi aspects of that there is no clear and distinct entrepreneurship education concept;the teaching staff is not competent for the requirements of entrepreneurship education;there is no sound management institution and entrepreneurial environment for entrepreneurship education,and the supportive systems are lack and others.The research contents of the fifth chapter are countermeasures and suggestions for promoting entrepreneurship education management in Quzhou Vocational and Technical College,it is mainly around the principles of entrepreneurship education management in Higher Vocational Colleges that under development oriented student work concepts to put forward countermeasures and suggestions that Higher Vocational Colleges should set up the entrepreneurial idea of “Mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,actively explore new management model and teaching system of entrepreneurship education,increase investment in entrepreneurship education,and establish the feedback mechanism of entrepreneurship education management and so on these four aspects to promote the entrepreneurship education management in Quzhou Vocational and Technical College.The sixth chapter is the research conclusion and expectation,in which,the future development of entrepreneurship education management in Higher Vocational Colleges is prospected.
