Higher Colleges "people-oriented" Work Study Student Management

With the accelerated pace of education reform in our country, enrollment expansion of colleges and universities continues to journey, enrolled in vocational colleges fall threshold, enrollment is growing,"large scale, low quality, strong differences" this structure of vocational students has formed a certain characteristics in vocational college students’management work. Actively explore to adapt to the demands of the era of vocational college students’management mode in vocational colleges has become one of a major and urgent task, it’s must establish the concept of people-oriented philosophy,ongoing reform and innovation, only faster, stronger, and better can make it smooth transition and rapid development. This article sets out the management work of students in vocational colleges of "people-oriented" concept, through the people-oriented management of vocational college students, read from the people-oriented management status of students, analyzes the existing problems, and make use of people-oriented in the vocational colleges puts forward constructive suggestions and measures.The whole framework of this study is divided into four chapters:the first chapter is the introduction part. Combined with the management work of students in vocational colleges, which placed too much emphasis on rigid management mechanisms; With the trend of vocational student behavior and awareness diversified development; Teachers’basic qualities of student management and management innovation is inefficient; Student groups of children left in rural areas brings a lot of new problems to school management; Background studies such as social employment is difficult, etc. It made me puts forward the research meaning and purpose, and summarizes the innovation points. The second chapter mainly through the reference of large amounts of documentation and literature data. Combined with the characteristics of vocational college students’ management work, based on the features of people-oriented concept to carry on the detailed interpretation, discussed the new connotation of human-oriented concept, analyzed the differences between vocational college and undergraduate college, and make a new interpretation to understanding the people-oriented concept in the management of vocational students. The third chapter mainly from the reality of vocational college students’management, finding out the deficiency and misunderstanding in students’management work, summarized the problems and analyzes its cause, which was under the guidance of people-oriented idea and existed in the management of students. The fourth chapter pointed out the theory of people-oriented in managing students’environment with targeted, which would have been optimized students’management work in vocational colleges. It put forward a integrated and humanized students’management system and established a humanized service system for vocational student and promoted a new idea in people-oriented student management work.
