With the overall progress of the reform of China's higher education system, it has developed rapidly, especially from the promulgation of the central policy documents such as "National medium and long-term educational reform and development plan" and the "CPC Central Committee and State Council on deepening education reform and promoting quality education decision", which puts forward new challenges to the management of college students. The management work is rich in content, among which, students' activity management is an important part of playing even promoting a role of training talents.The success of the enterprise management benefits from the applying of the project management. The current project management has been widely used in the variety of global management and achieved remarkable success. However, the study of applying it to the management of college students is scanty. Comparing with the concepts and methods at home and abroad, the activity management of college students can take the reference for the successful experience of the enterprises. All kinds of managers of colleges and universities should also have the awareness of innovation, analyzing and summarizing appropriately in order to achieve the scientific management.This paper tries to apply the idea and method of the activities innovation and entrepreneurship management of students in higher vocational colleges such as project life cycle theory to the activities innovation and entrepreneurship management of students in higher vocational colleges using its literature analysis method, analyzing the existing problems and reasons. It starts from the specific management problems and explores suitable concept of project management and the mode of practice for entrepreneurial activities management in higher vocational college, which is hoped to improve the management level and core competitiveness of entrepreneurial activities management in vocational college and to promote virtuous cycle of sustained healthy development of the education in our country, which plays a certain reference role. A large number of domestic and foreign project management practice proves that the theories and methods of project management can be applied in the college students' activities such as innovation and entrepreneurship competition and technology competition, which can not only improve the students' independent consciousness,responsibility consciousness, innovation consciousness, efficiency consciousness, the students' practical ability and self management level, but also can improve the students' service consciousness responsibility consciousness and the efficiency concept on the aspect of activity management of higher vocational colleges in order to promote standardization, scientification and democratization of the college students' activities management. College students' entrepreneurial activities generally experience the following five stages: planning, implementation and control of starting and ending,corresponding to the coverage of nine knowledge fields: the overall project management,scope management, human resource management, schedule management, cost management, quality management, procurement management, communication management and risk management. In the process of project management in the activities innovation and entrepreneurship to the management of students in higher vocational colleges, the implementation of the project management is divided into three links as follows: planning, resource management and evaluation.This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which analyzes the purpose and significance of research of the activities of innovation and entrepreneurship, literature review, putting forward research ideas and methods, giving the specific framework of paper and laying a good foundation for the next step of the research. The second chapter describes the definition of project management, the activities innovation and entrepreneurship and the core concept mentioned in the paper.It also studies the characteristics of project management and analyses the necessity and feasibility of the activities innovation and entrepreneurship to the management of students introduced in higher vocational colleges. The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation and the causes of the activities innovation and entrepreneurship to the management of students in the school of LZ. The fourth chapter puts forward the idea and method of the activities innovation and entrepreneurship management of students in higher vocational colleges such as project life cycle theory and gives specific and feasible measures. The fifth chapter is the conclusion.
