Research On Quality Management Of Student Internship Project In Higher Vocational College

It is an important mode to cultivate high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges in our county.It is also an important teaching link to improve the employability of vocational colleges students and improve their ability of vocational development.It is also a high-quality training system for higher vocational college in China.Based on the theory of project quality management,this paper takes the internship project of 2013studengts of NCVT School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering as the research object,and studies the quality management and security system of students' internship project in order to enhance the construction of NCVT Mechanical and Electrical Engineering School.The research findings can be to provide countermeasures and suggestions,but also to our country higher vocational college student internship project quality management to propose theoretical guidance and practice for reference.This paper first follows the research thread of problem-suggesting problem to problem-solving.On the basis of clarifying the purpose and significance of the study and defining the research content,this paper adopts literature analysis method,comparative research method,induction deduction method,investigation research method.This paper analyzes the influencing factors and the causes of the quality management of the 2013 students' internship project of NCVT School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.The study found that students lack the quality management system of the project quality management system,the school "hard skills" education light students "soft skills" training,school students in the student internship project objectives deviation is caused by the quality of internship project can achieve the goal of students training important reason.At the end of this paper,based on the successful experience of vocational education in developed countries,this paper puts forward the effective protection of students from the aspects of organizational guarantee,system guarantee,talent protection,process monitoring mechanism,evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism construction,and so on,to propose the countermeasure.
