The performance evaluation of Human Resource Management(HRM)in universities is an important way to reveal the existing problems of HRM as well as improving its working efficiency.Through this performance evaluation,the department of HRM can obtain the strategic goal of universities,show its achievements,and gain acceptance of its work.So far,the performance evaluation of HRM is mostly applied by enterprises both at home and abroad,However,this evaluation method is rarely used by administrative departments of university,which generally involves the individual performance evaluation and assessment.The performance evaluation method of HRM in universities is studied,in this paper,by utilizing the experiences of that in enterprises.First,fifteen evaluation indexes are determined by comprehensive considering the strategic function of HRM,business function of HRM,and the results of HRM based on the Delphi method.Second,all the weighs of these evaluation indexes are quantified by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method.Third,the performance evaluation system is built by setting a hierarchy strategy and a judging standard.Finally,this performance evaluation system is verified by sampling survey at Anqing Normal university in the form of questionnaires and interviews.
