In the information age,the effective use of various resources is directly related to the development of this kind of special organization.The effective use of all kinds of resources depends on the core resources,human resources as the important resources of colleges and universities,but also the external manifestations of its core competitiveness.In order to achieve the healthy development of university must rely on human resources,if you want to play an important role in human resources,it is necessary to strengthen the performance management.In recent years,with the continuous application of information technology,the university human resources project performance management also put forward higher and higher requirements.As a kind of special project,the project management thought is introduced into the human resources project,which is also an important measure to improve the performance management level of the human resources project.With the help of project management ideas to improve the performance management of university human resources project,which is also the development trend of the field of human resource performance management in modern universities.With the help of project management ideas to guide the performance management of human resources in Colleges and universities,to expand the scope of management theory research,more important is to the university human resources project performance management into vigor and vitality.In view of this,this paper taking WE College as an example,the introduction of project management ideas to improve its human resources project performance management level,after analyzing existing WE college human resources project performance management,the human resources for each stage of the project,the project management according to the different stages of initiation,implementation and planning stage control to construct the corresponding management mode,double meaning to complete the relevant content in the research and practice of academic research.Specifically,the theory will guide the thinking of project management directly applied to human resource management functions,for the case of WE college human resources management into project management case analysis through expansion,finally solve the problems of personnel management in performance appraisal in light of the characteristics,in order to improve the efficiency of the overall operation,make due the contribution for the human resources management college.
