Junior High School Class Teacher Daily Management Life Study

As for junior high school headteachers,daily class management is part of their life.The majority of headteachers are immersed in problems of students and class management.Therefore,they have little time to put daily problems into deep consideration and thereafter understand daily management in a proper way.By deeply analyzing daily management,finding and solving problems instantly,not only can we enhance our theoretical quality,but we can have great impact and immersion on students spirit,thus highly improving vocational happiness of headteachers.Based on interpretation of the meanings,value and traits of headteachers' daily management,this thesis gives a specific analysis of puzzles andproblems in daily management of junior high school headteachers.Throughinterviews,investigations and narrative research,we find its problems suchas the tangle between conservation and creation,the fluctuation betweenemotions and rules,the contradiction between devotion and earnings,theconflict between succession and fracture,the choice betweenself-improvement and students' development and so on.On the basis ofpersonal experience as headteacher and others' research and thoroughanalysis,I find that the demands and constrains of daily management,puzzles of headteachers' self-improvement and invisible pressure fromcircumstances are confined by factors like traditional management culture,current management system,management responsibility border,managementrole definition and professional development and so on.In view of the factors that influence headteachers' daily management problems and through analysis,this thesis tries to promote the quality of headteachers' daily management by advocating headteachers to live a bordering,reflective,research-oriented,wise and individual life.
