Writing is a necessary ability of junior middle school students. The living compositionteaching is the inevitable direction of reform of composition teaching in junior middleschool, after the introduction of new curriculum standards, which can effectively improvethe writing skill of the junior middle school students. Certainly, the good living compositionteaching management is the important guarantee of teaching effect.Living composition teaching management is the comprehensive management ofthe living composition teaching process, which on the basis of the living compositionteaching goal, the characteristics of junior middle school students and the livingcomposition characteristics. The living composition teaching goal should include twoaspects, one is, to enhance junior middle school students writing skills, so that they canenrich the composition plump, with one’s real feelings; the anther is let junior middleschool students know how to observe life, to feel life, and to face the acid, sweet, bitter,spicy in life, this is not for test, not for completing the task of writing, but because ofthe need of writing. Living composition teaching management should have the core of"people-oriented" spirit, which is wider, uncertain than the traditional teachingmanagement. At the same time, the traditional teaching management in the aspects ofvalue orientation, classroom management, teaching organization, teacher-studentrelationship management, teaching evaluation mode, it is difficult to adapt to the newrequirements of junior high school composition teaching management.In this paper, through literature review, case analysis and research, I analyzed theconcept and characteristics of the life of junior middle school living compositionteaching management and put some suggestion: the value orientation of teachingmanagement should be changed into "people-oriented" and the direction ofdiversification; classroom management methods should be based on democratic type,emotion type, interesting type; teaching organization should as far as possible tochoose individual teaching, group teaching and field teaching; teacher-studentrelationship management should emphasize the teacher care for students; teachingevaluation to qualitative, quantitative, process combining with the results; tostrengthen the management of teaching process, and to improve the quality ofindividual teachers.
