The moral education and the management model of students in secondary vocational school reflect its level of running a school and affect students' growing and development directly. There is no operating theory providing effective guide to us doing moral practice, because of the late development of our secondary vocational. education. At present, the sources of students are not so good and it's a tough task to get these students well educated. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the moral education model in daily life according to the characteristics and educated demands of students in secondary vocational school, which aims to strength the actual effect of moral education. Using the moral process theory and combining the characteristics of the present secondary vocational education with the characteristics of students' mind and body, this study aims to analyze the process of carrying out the moral education in daily life and clarify the significance of moral education in daily life through integrating moral education into the concrete education activities. This study selects different methods to do the research, such as questionnaire method, comparative method, and practice methods. This dissertation takes the secondary vocational school in Linhai which is the author's working place as a research object. The author collected more than three thousands of questionnaires and sorted out the data. And the author also made a comparison of the present situation of students' moral education with three high schools. By doing this, all kinds of questions and puzzled problems were put forward naturally. Learning from the moral education experience of foreign countries, this dissertation defines the meaning, characteristics of moral education in daily life and proves the feasibility and reality of carrying out the moral education in daily life in Secondary Vocational School. Summarizing and thinking of the traditional ways of moral education, this dissertation constructed a management model of moral education in daily life from the objective and content of moral education in secondary vocational school, and a series of operated education activities were designed combining with students' campus life in Linhai secondary vocational school. According to the practice of improving the moral education and carrying out the management model of moral education in daily life, this dissertation put forward some suggestions about how to make the moral education more effective.
