The Management Problems Of Ordinary High School Students With The Background Of Class Selection System

The new plan of College Entrance Examination was produced in 2014.There are some measures are different from the old policy.The new plan changes the pattern which is according to the result of one exam to ensure students’future.It also presents the content of comprehensive quality assessment for shaking the view of the unique importance of score.Then a new teaching organizational form that is called Class Seletion System will become a popular trend in high school teaching.Now Shanghai and Zhejiang province have begun reform experimentation.In fact,people aren’t unfamiliar with the Class Seletion System,but under the background of the new College Entrance Examination,it causes hot discussion and more arguments.The title of my thesis is the Management Problems of Ordinary High School Students with the Background of Class Selection System,there are four points of this thesis will be talked about.First,course-selection management. The choice of subjects is left entirely to the students at present,the high school must design a set of system to realize the right. The chapter two analyzes the behavior of course management of school,contacting the elective system design of school,further think deeply about different design ideas and the reflected problems. Second,in Shanghai and Zhejiang province still retain the administrative class.In this circumstance of both administrative class and teaching class are existing,school faces challenges.The chapter three discuss the Class Seletion System impacting class management,futher stating school should pay attention to what problems.Third,the chapter four discuss the current school physical space can’t meet the Class Seletion System demand.In other words,they have conflicts.So the design intent must accordant with students needs. Last,management of moral education also faces severe challenges.Students don’t have fixed classes and seats,head teachers and deskmates like before.As the main person to charge the moral management,the status of the head teachers is down.In the meantime,the function of administrative class is weaken.The chapter five discuss the two problems and put forward several reliable suggestions.Although Class Seletion System takes senior high school education a new look,the advantage and disadvantage of it should be regarded.In the future practice,the doubts will be more and more,the development of Class Seletion System has remain to be seen.
