"Focusing on the process and method of teaching" is one of the three-dimensional targets of the new curriculum reform of basic education,emphasizing the concept "based on the process of teaching,promoting the development of teaching",so the situation of students participating in the teaching process has became an important factor in the evaluation of effective teaching.On the basis of references searching,the author finds: many researches on students participating in the teaching mostly stay in the macro level,lacking of maneuverability and of specific evaluation indicators.And these problems are selected as the object of this paper.First of all,based on the theory of Involvement,Dewey’s pragmatism and subjective education,this paper tries to construct the standard of evaluating students’ participation in class,which mainly covers three aspects: quantity,quality and detail.Secondly,the research makes a survey on the status quo of the participation of math course in primary school and finds some problems.These problems mainly exists in the following areas: the number of participation,difference in obtaining learning opportunity,attitude towards participation,interest and perseverance in exploring,anxiety in learning,level in participation,relying on teachers.After analyzing the questionnaire,classroom observation,teacher interviews and some other information,this paper constructs the analysis framework from four different dimensions of students,teachers,classroom management and interpersonal relationship.Students’ dimension mainly includes the students’ interest in the inquiry-based classroom learning,the knowledge experience and the emotional experience of the participatory process.As for teachers’ dimension,the teachers’ understanding of the educational concept,the teacher’s personality and the impact on teachers’ classroom teaching ability.Then the classroom management perspective takes class size and classroom evaluation into account.At last,interpersonal relationship dimensions considers the effect of teacher-student relationship and the relationship between students.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions for solving the existing problems of the class inquiry teaching of math course of seniority of primary school,on the basis of comprehensively using the information about analysis of the current situation and the relevant theories.These advice includes: stimulating students to participate in the classroom actively,improving the teachers’ own accomplishment and strengthening the school classroom teaching management and efforts to create harmonious interpersonal relationships.The teachers’ own accomplishment includes: strengthening teachers’ teaching skills,improving their own charisma,and helping students to master the learning strategies of classroom participation.The school classroom has the following steps: to strengthen the students’ self-participation,to improve their students’ participation in the classroom,to strengthen their participation in the internal motivation and interest.Teaching management includes: optimizing the classroom teaching evaluation,reducing the size of the class and the rational arrangement of student seats.The efforts to creating a harmonious interpersonal environment mainly include: to improve and establish a democratic relationship between teachers and students,the formation of mutual assistance and mutual support.
