With the popularization of the standards of new courses, people in society pay more and more attentions to the function of education in the development of people. As to the standards of new courses, they advocate to play the initiative of students in study,so that students can study math by means of autonomous exploration, practice, cooperation and communication, and reading by themselves.Although new teaching reform has been carried out powerfully, the problem of low-efficiency in the class for teaching has not been improved in ground-breaking,and the involvement of students in the class is not being optimistic. Thus, the research on how to improve their involvement in the class does not only have real and important significance, but also it can provide some references for the related theoretical research. In this research,it is developed with the topic of involvement of students in class of senior high school.First of all,it makes some researches on the previous theories of people in the degree of involvement in the class,by means of the methods of document analysis, questionnaires, and case analysis,it can have further researched on it gradually, analyzes the current situation of involvement of students in the math high of senior high school, and then it can have further analysis on the influence factors on their involvement in class,so that it can put forward solutions on improving the involvement of students in the math class of senior high school. In this paper, there are six chapters, and the first chapter illustrates the background and meaning of the research. As to the second part,it is the literature review, describing the related researches of scholars at home and abroad in the degree of involvement of students, which can provide some theoretical basis for this paper. And the third chapter is the design and implementation of the questionnaires, which introduces the design of related tools for the research in detail. The fourth and fifth chapters are the data analysis on the results of the questionnaires and the related case analysis of conclusion. And the last chapter is the summary and expectation on the research, which comes up with feasible advice for the current math teachers of senior high school. The main conclusions drawn from this study are as follows:(1)The current situation on the level of high school students’ participation in mathematics class isthat the behavior participation level is the highest, the cognitive participation level is the lowest, while the emotional participation level is moderate.(2)As in the behavior participation in the high school students’ mathematics classroom, the attendance level is the highest, while answering questions is the lowest; As in the emotional participation, students have more pessimistic feelings than optimistic feelings.Students with optimistic feelings experience more sense of pride, but less sense of interest, while for students with pessimistic feelings experience more sense of boring, but less sense of anxiety; And as in the cognitive participation,as the lowest level of participation, reflection and summary have the lowest level of participation.(3)There is a significant negative correlation between whether students accommodate in school or not and students’ classroom participation; There is a significant positive correlation between whether the math teacher is the head teacher or not and students’ participation in class, and there is a significant positive correlation between students’ academic performance and students’ classroom participation.(4)The importance of the factors affecting students’ participation in class is,from high to low,the desire for knowledge, the needs for achievement,interest,self-confidence,and interaction needs.(5)The factors that effect students’ non-participation in mathematics classes are,in descending order of the importance, lack of understanding of geometric generalizations, lack of preview awareness, anxiety, scruples about teachers’ criticism, face in front of classmates, fear of leaving a bad impression on teachers, lack of interest in geometric generalizations, ridicule from the companions, poor teacher-student relationship, students’ sense of learning responsibility and the awkwardness arouse from the differences of opinion.
