Under the socialist market system,a trend of recombination between the colleges has been formed increasingly.More and more universities and vocational colleges have involved in this tide through a way of combination or merger,which accomplished the integration of advantages of each other,improved the efficient allocation of educational resources,and promote the merged colleges' market competitiveness,so as to enhance the overall level of higher education.In October2015,institute of J I attended and institute of C co-applied for the establishment of institute of HNCJ,and which passed the investigation of ministry of Education Group successfully.It officially changed its name to institute of HNCJ,and is provincial public common college.However,at the beginning of merging,lots of faculties appeared varying degrees of psychological exclusion.Thus,the merging progress was effected,and this condition is expected to block the development of the new college.The basic reason of this psychological problem came from transformation of psychological contract.As an implicit and verbal psychological expectation,although without strong legally binding like paper contract,psychological contract's change will actually have an important effect on staff's sense of duty,work satisfaction,and their practical work behavior.For the faculties in the young institute of HNCJ,their psychological contracts certainly will vary violently when they face a new organization,and which may lead to numerous issues.Based on the studies of pertinent literature of psychological contract,this text specialized faculties' works of different level in the institute of HNCJ,used questionnaire survey,focused interview,and various ways.After research,the result were consulted and classified,And the psychological contract problems are analyzed and the reasons for their formation are analyzed according to the problems,and the improvement measures and suggestions are given in order to achieve the purpose of psychological contract management and promote the good and stable work between the school and the faculty and staff.Relations,bright and sustainable development prospects,to speed up the common progress of schools and faculty.
