In corresponding to economical contract,psychological contract is a kind of implicit,unformal,and non-public expectation and understanding between employers and employees,which includes vocational training,career development and so on.For administrators,to take effect advantage of psychological contract in administration is of great importance in humanistic administration,and the combination of contractualization and humanization.With economy developing,society structure changing,personnel management reforming,university teachers,as same as other occupations,own more chances of choosing or changing jobs in market economy.At the same time,the development of advanced education and the target of pursuing world-class universities have proposed higher requirements on university teachers.Therefore,the increasing need of universities to university teachers,especially high-talented teachers,has been leading to stiff competition in the market of university teachers.The problem of university teachers' mobility has also gained more attention.On the basis of literature review,and the psychological questionnaires of university teachers,the work of this thesis was mainly related to the research state of psychological contract of university teachers,the state of university teachers' mobility,and the relationship between the first two.To be specific,there were four parts in this thesis.The first part was about the history and state of the topic.In the second part,theory basis was described in detail.To analyze the phenomenon of university teachers' mobility,including its characters and reasons was the third part.Unreasonable university teachers' mobility will restrict the development of teachers,schools and even the society.Part Four gave some suggestions aimed on reducing such unreasonable mobility.One way to limit the unreasonable teachers' mobility is to monitor and maintain the psychological contract between teachers and universities,thus to create the corresponding psychological contract of teachers.Based on the research of the influence of psychological contract on university teachers' mobility,to promote the reasonable teachers' mobility,the thesis proposed such an idea,which was to establish administration strategy to match personnel administration and psychological contract of university teachers,thus to create the solid basis of psychological contract,and to build a platform of university teachers' mobility.
