The vocational development of teachers in rural areas refers to which is affected by the internal and external environment,and they will come to success through exploration endlessly in their career stage.Currently,the discussion is not only accord with the national macro policy expectations,but also the reality of urban and rural two yuan system differentiation.Rural education needs a large number of outstanding talents,but how can we attract to the professional talents? And how can we retain the teachers who have chosen to be the rural teachers make their development so as to improve the quality of rural education? How can we retain the teachers who have chosen the rural teachers and promote their development so as to improve the quality of rural education? Based on the theory and the reality and the above three problems,this article try to summarize rule of occupation development,and it find the factors affecting the development of occupation which is further combined with the characteristics of rural teachers in China.The internal factors include personal occupation occupation ability and mental state of the individual;external factors is the country,government,society and schools for the occupation development of rural teachers have some form of external support,including occupation security and occupation development space.Generally speaking,this paper constructs a "four in one" model of rural teachers' professional development by combining career security,career development space,professional ability and professional spirit.This paper uses the method of sampling investigation in the rural primary and middle schools in Qiandongnan,Zunyi,Tongren,Qiannan,the southwest area of Guizhou Province,a total of 420 primary and secondary school teachers as samples,and analysis of survey results using SPSS.2.0 and Excel software to bring forward countermeasures and suggestions.Through theoretical analysis and empirical test,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first,the rural teachers' professional security is not enough;second,the professional development of rural teachers in Guizhou has not been paid enough attention with the lack of professional development space.Third,there is a lack of good professional mobility mechanism.Fourth,Rural Teachers' job satisfaction is not high in GhuiZhou province.We can optimize the access policy mechanism innovation and establish a scientific employment system from the policy to improve the level of protection for rural teachers through improving the treatment policy;Wealso can establish occupation development center and the construction of training linkage mechanism,in order to expand the occupation development space of rural teachers through the establishment of occupation flow mechanism;We think flexibility management can expand their professional autonomy and encourage rural teachers devote to rural education;We consider cultural exactly make the development of rural teachers.
