Anhui Xinhua College's Comprehensive Transformation Strategy Research

With the development of economy and the upgrading of industrial structure,the demand of higher education have put forward new requirements to talents on the quality and amount.Without a doubt,Private college as a strong complement to higher education in promoting national economic development and education development plays a pivotal role.With the needs of market development,private college how to formulate development strategies to achieve it's transformation and development.This issue have become lots of researchers' focus.Firstly,this paper combed the domestic and foreign researches on enterprise strategy,researches on the strategy of colleges and related researches of private colleges;analyzed the theory and model of organizational transformation and organizational transformation in colleges Through literature analysis,practice investigation and other research methods,the study took Anhui Xinhua University for research example.First of all,the research analyzed the development status and existing problems of Anhui Xinhua University.With the related theory,analyzed the thinking and orientation of Anhui Xinhua University in the process of transformation;then formulated the relevant strategies of Anhui Xinhua University,and ultimately establish a comprehensive transformation path of Anhui Xinhua University.This paper have put forward the comprehensive transformation path of Anhui Xinhua University included the following points: Transformation of Governance structure,Transformation of Faculty,Transformation of Resource allocation,Transformation of Discipline construction,Transformation of Research services,Transformation of Cultural Construction.
