In the process of today's social development,the college student volunteers,who are the backbones of the volunteer group,have not only practiced their overall quality and citizen consciousness in the process of volunteer service,but also made contribution to social harmony and integration.In the social management mode of diversification,diversity and comprehensiveness,the college students,who are the main body of the young people in society,show obvious advantages in the sense of social responsibility,the dedication and the professional quality.However,there are many problems to be solved for the college student volunteers in College A in Harbin in organization and management.From the perspective of management,based on Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs and Herzberg's Double Factor Drive Theory,the paper compares and analyzes the management experience of domestic and foreign college student volunteers,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures combined with the experience and deficiency in organization and management of the college student volunteer team in College A in Harbin.Then the author summarizes that perfect management mode in organization and management should be established in order to improve the quality of college student volunteer team and service consciousness.
