As an important part of the sports industry,large-scale sports events have achieved breakthrough development in China.The hosting of large-scale sports events depends on volunteers to provide a variety of basic services,from transportation and language translation to medical care,which directly shows that the level and quality of volunteer team services is the key to the success of sports events.Although sports event volunteers play an important role in sports events,the selection and management of sports event volunteers faces great challenges.Research on sports event volunteers has a long history.Compared with foreign volunteer service systems,China's volunteer service for sports events is still incomplete.The research directions of scholars at home and abroad are mainly organizational management factors,including management investment.,Volunteer training,management methods,working conditions,working atmosphere,incentives and evaluation,and found that this factor can significantly improve the satisfaction and work input of volunteers at sports events.Volunteers in sports events have individualized differences in their personal capabilities,values,emotional management capabilities,cognitive style,and service quality.Therefore,from the perspective of the individual characteristics of sports event volunteers,this article studies the impact of sports event volunteer satisfaction and investment.This article takes large-scale sports event volunteers as the research object,starting from the theoretical and empirical aspects.It mainly analyzes the domestic and foreign literature of volunteer influence factors to find blank spots,and uses on-site questionnaires to conduct surveys to obtain research data.Analyze the individual core self-evaluation,emotional intelligence,and individual organization matching factors of volunteers,and use SPSS24.0and Amos24.0 software to conduct reliability tests,correlation analysis,and establish models for the measured data for a comprehensive and in-depth study Volunteer individual factors affect the behavior and correlation of sports event volunteers,and strive to obtain real and effective results.The research results show that:(1)core self-evaluation of sports event volunteers can significantly affect volunteer job satisfaction.(2)The core self-evaluation of sports event volunteers can significantly affect volunteer work input.(3)The emotional intelligence of sports volunteers can significantly affect volunteer job satisfaction.(4)Theemotional intelligence of sports volunteers can significantly affect volunteers' work input.(5)Individual organization of sports event volunteers can positively affect volunteer job satisfaction.(6)Matching of individual organizations of sports event volunteers can significantly affect volunteer work input.(7)The higher the satisfaction level of volunteers in sports events,the higher the level of volunteer work input.From the perspective of the individual characteristics of sports event volunteers,this paper finds that the core self-evaluation,emotional intelligence,and individual organization of sports event volunteers have an important impact on job satisfaction and investment of volunteers.The recruitment or management of event volunteers provides a reference,thereby promoting the rapid development of the quality of volunteer service for sports events.
