| In recent years,as a hot issue of people’s livelihood,the elderly service has become the focus of policy attention.The pension service industry is developing rapidly under the policy support,and institutional pension has become the choice of more and more families.As an important part of pension institutions,the working state of the nursing staff directly affects the elderly’s life experience in their later years.The problem of job burnout is obvious in the grass-roots service personnel such as nursing staff,which seriously affects their health and working status,and the service quality is difficult to guarantee,which is not conducive to the development of the nursing service industry.Therefore,the problem of job burnout of nursing staff needs social attention.This study took the nursing staff of S institution in Qingdao as the research object to explore the effect of group work intervention on alleviating the job burnout of nursing staff.First of all,through literature research,semi-structured interview method and participant observation method for data collection,the performance of nursing staff burnout is summarized and the causes are analyzed,mainly including personal,institutional and social reasons.Personal aspects include accumulation of negative emotions,personal cognitive biases and estrangement from interpersonal relationships;institutional aspects include low salary and complicated work contents;social aspects include low social recognition and low social status.Secondly,seven group activities were carried out under the guidance of cognitive behavioral theory and dominant perspective theory,based on cause analysis and performance.After the end of the group,the effect of group intervention was evaluated,and the results showed that group intervention could effectively alleviate the problem of job burnout.Finally,the workers analyzed the advantages of group work in the problem of job burnout,affirmed the effect of group work in the problem of job burnout of nursing home staff,and reflected on the shortcomings,including the limitations of workers’ own experience,the lack of follow-up of the group and the relatively single intervention method.The improvement of professional level,follow-up of concern group and comprehensive use of intervention methods should be strengthened to improve group effectiveness.In addition to further strengthening the comprehensive intervention of various professional social work methods,the problem of job burnout of nursing staff should be solved by improving the personal anti-stress ability of nursing staff,optimizing institutional management system,perfecting social support network and strengthening social attention. |
