This article is a practical research on Social work intervention nursing staff jobburnout problem. With the development of social work, social workers play anincreasingly important role in hospital running and developing gradually. Nursingstaff has become one of the important service objects of social workers. Nursing staffas a high tension professional group, their routine work has large load, heavyresponsibility, and psychological pressure. Through the investigation and interviews,the writer discovers that the hospital nurses exist in their own professional identity islow, burnout, stress and other phenomena. They rarely take the initiative to pressureby the scientific method to adjust their attitude and relieve stress. Therefore, socialworkers should make full use of professional knowledge and skills to help nurses torelieve stress, and come out of the job burnout.There are four sections in full text content. The first part of introduction mainlysummarized the article the research background, research significance, researchmethods, theoretical basis and the definition of related concepts such as content; Forthe second part of the study, sample A hospital in Shenzhen survey analysis, it isconcluded that the performance and the reasons for job burnout related information.The third parts is the core content of this article, present the use of group workmethod to relieve nurses job burnout of service content and assessment and reflectson the effect of the work. The fourth part is the conclusion and summary, in view ofthe social work method to relieve nurses’ job burnout of practice for reflection andput forward the suggested countermeasures.The topic which about social work involved in the plight of nursing staff jobburnout academic study further enriches the research on the hospital medical staffand nursing staff in china. It broadens the research field of social work. At the sametime, the research shows the effectiveness of social work intervention academicplight of nursing staff by specific team work, hoping to provide some referencevalue for future social workers.
