The aging of population is the basic national condition of China through twenty-first century.The pension issue has been a great challenge for our country in the future.Faced with the growing of aging population,pension modern China is changing gradually from the "home-based care for the aged" to "social endowment",and Institutional care for the aged is receiving more and more attention from society and families.The serious shortage of nursing staff makes the care pressure of nursing staff much heavy.At present,in our country,the nursing staff of old-age care institutions who have youngpeople and old people in the family and carry the heavy burden of the family,are mostly in their 40 s and 50 s,and because of the shortage of nursing staff in the old-age care institutions,their workload is large.The nursing staff not only have to take care of the elderly for a long time,but also have a low level of wages and benefits,a high level of responsibility,and are easily misunderstood by their families at work.At the same time,they are faced with heavy work tasks,social discrimination and prejudice,psychological negative emotions and other aspects of pressure.Therefore,this study takes nursing staff of pension institutions as the research object,through the intervention of professional social work methods: the paper understands and analyzes the service status,needs,problems and obstacles of nursing staff in pension institutions in detail and analyzes the reasons for their emergence;The paper uses the method of combing case work and group work to find a feasible way for nursing staff to deal with stress and to urge nurses to face themselves with an open mind,thus indirectly improve the quality of life of the elderly in their old age;the paper helps us better understand the work of nursing staff pension institutions and promotes social harmony and stable development.Based on the investigation of the stress status of nursing staff in five pension institutions in Chengdu,Qingdao,Yangling and Heze,it is found that the nursing staff generally have the characteristics of heavy workload,long working hours and low salary and welfare.Because of the convenience of the research,this paper selects Heze FuleOld-age Apartment as a sample to collects the relevant data of nursing staff in the FuleOld-age Apartment by the methods of literature,questionnaire,field observation,in-depth interview and so on.Based on therelevant theories of social work and taking case work and group work as the main intervention mode,this paper analyzes the main problems and stress situations they face,understands their actual needs.In group work,with the idea of "helping others to help themselves",nursing staff were mobilized and recruited to participate in the activities,and make assessment and activity plan,carry out activities,group evaluation and other steps to intervene in the pressure of nursing staff.Social workers help team members realize the importance of stress and emotion,understand the effects of stress on the body,guide the team members to share their problems,analyze the causes of the problems,and discuss ways to reduce stress together.Through the team building in the group,the group members realize the importance of social support,enhance the stress resistance of the team members,thereby improve the quality of service and better meet the care needs of the elderly.The effects of social work intervention on the stress of nursing staff in old-age institutions were verified by the measurement of perceived stress scale,the evaluation of work process and the evaluation of results.Finally,this study compares the two ways of case work and group work,reflects on the activities,and puts forward some suggestions to provide reference for similar work in the future.
