With the advent of the era of globalization,The core literacy was attached great importance by the world,thus it become hot spots to the international organizations and countries around the world closely focus on education reform and curriculum reform.At present,China is from the human resources to the human resources power forward,the core literacy is essential for personnel training.So,the Ministry of Education launched the "Establish morality to cultivate talents" project to cultivate Socialist successor whose moral,intellectual,physical,beauty is comprehensive development.In March 2014,the Ministry of Education issued?The Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Deepening the Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Basic Tasks of the Establish morality to Cultivate Talents.The concept of "core literacy" was put forward for the first time,and the cultivation of students' core literacy was put into an unprecedented height.Therefore,how can art teachers cope with the teaching on the core literacy system and gradually grow into the research teachers who meet the needs of the new curriculum,which become the direction that every educator must think and study.In the background of the core literacy system,Professional development strategy is extremely important.This article mainly aims at studying the professional development strategy of art teachers in the background of core culture,which is divided into five parts.The first part of the introduction mainly focused on the background of art education,through the in-depth studied on literature related the core literacy,summarized the theoretical significance and practical significance of this research,the domestic and international teachers' professional development current situation under the core literacy system,the concept of teacher professional development,the content and course of this paper.The second part mainly focuses on the connotation and characteristics of core literacy and the core accomplishment of art disciplines.Secondly,it aims at how art teachers carry out art education and teaching activities under the core culture system,thereby promote the understanding of professional development of art teachers.Based on the professional development direction,quality requirements and transformation and development of middle school art teachers,the author explores the professional development direction of art teachers under the core literacy system,which is how to establish "teaching leadership",how to make oneself meet the needs of the new curriculum and well received by students,so point out the research focus of this study.The third part of the main part of the study,the author combined internship experience in The Iron One Riverside School,researched on how it carry out a teaching and research activities,group and school open classes,educational practice,elective courses,teacher training,and so on,how to integrate core content related content into the actual teaching process,so as to enhance the professional level of art teachers.The fourth part is the supplement and perfection of the professional development strategy of the junior middle school teachers in the core literacy system in the third part.This paper puts forward the strategy of professional development of junior middle school art teachers based on the core literacy system from the aspects of perfecting the relevant system of the school,optimizing the school management,and improving the professional development of the art teachers.The fifth part is the conclusion of the full text and the prospect of the professional development of the junior middle school art teacher under the core literacy system.It is necessary to look forward and analyze the teachers' professional development environment and several aspects on the future professional development of teachers in different educational levels and fields.In short,the purpose of this study is to deepen the research on the professional development of art teachers in junior middle schools,and put forward a variety of ways and specific cases of professional development of art teachers under the core culture system.it has certain guiding significance in practice.
