"Ordinary High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards(2017)" establishes the goal of improving the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines in high schools as the educational goal and specifies the content of the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines.How to implement the core qualities of high school ideological and political disciplines has become to the focus of academic research.The key to cultivating the core qualities of the subject lies with teachers.Therefore,in order to realize the cultivation of the core qualities of the subject,the professional development of teachers of ideological and political courses in high schools must be promoted.However,in reality,there are still outstanding problems in the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers,which has affected the implementation of the new curriculum standards.Therefore,it is necessary to study the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers in order to promote the implementation of core literacy.The so-called professional development of high school ideological and political courses teachers in the field of core literacy of disciplines refers to the process of high school ideological and political courses teachers taking the implementation of the core literacy of the discipline as the guide,focusing on the teachers' own efforts and using external forces to promote their professionalization.As far as the relationship between the core literacy of the subject and the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers is concerned,theformer is the ideological guidance of the latter,and the latter is the actual needs of the former.Therefore,we must strengthen the research on the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers in the field of core literacy.According to the requirements of the core literacy of the subject,the main body of the professional development of teachers of ideological and political courses in high schools currently requires independent professional development awareness and professional quality oriented by the core literacy of the subject.As far as the content of professional development is concerned,teachers in high school ideological and political courses are required to have a dynamically generated teaching concept and lifelong learning development concept;to have the connotation and structural knowledge of the core literacy of the subject;to have reflective teaching ability,innovation ability and public participation training ability.As far as professional development is concerned,high school ideological and political teachers are required to focus on their own development and adhere to the development of peer assistance and professional guidance.But in reality,there are three problems in high school ideological and political class teachers from the perspective of discipline core literacy.As far as the subject is concerned,some high school ideological and political teachers lack the awareness of independent professional development and lack the corresponding professional quality.As far as the content of professional development is concerned,it shows that some teachers still implement the "injection" teaching concept and the lack of teachers' lifelong learning development concept;lack of professional knowledge and application knowledge of the core literacy of the discipline;contempt for reflection ability,lack of innovation ability and The problem of lack of capacity for public participation.As far as professional development is concerned,it shows the problems of external promotion and lack of independent development,individual development and lack of peer assistance,and teacher exploration and lack of professional guidance.The reason is mainly because the status and treatment of high school ideological and political teachers are relatively low.Some middle schools do not pay enough attention to the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers and the motivation of some high school ideological and political teachers isnot enough.In this regard,the education management part should strengthen the policy guidance for the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers.The school should strengthen the planning and guarantee of the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers.The high school ideological and political teachers themselves must improve their awareness and ability of independent professional development.
