The Causes Of Chronic Fatigue In Middle School Students And Their Impact On The Results Of "physical Testing"

Objetives:To understand chronic fatigue syndrome of middle school students as well as the distribution characteristics in Guanzhong region of Shaanxi province(chronic fatigue,syndrome,CFS),the major factors affecting students' CFS,correlation analysis of students physique health test standards and chronic fatigue,discuss the effect of CFS on the test scores of students' physical health,thus provide reference for prevention and control of risk sports physical health test the middle school students.Methods:Random sampling method was adopted in this paper.15 middle school students in Guanzhong area in Shaanxi province were selected as the research object to obtain information of students by questionnaire,questionnaire formulation combined with the United States CDC-1994 standard and the steps of Yao paper questionnaire standards by investigators trained by issuing questionnaires.All subjects signed the informed consent by literature;By using the method of literature review,this paper collects and analyzes the data of periodical retrieval,school library collection and network search;the research method of Journal of retrieval,school library collections,network search collecting data and analysis of middle school students;physical health test of students with different degrees of fatigue test;statistics using SPSS version 19.0 detection,screening and classification of fatigue,the affecting factors of CFS were analyzed by logistic regression analysis,person correlation analysis on middle school students' physical health test score standards and chronic fatigue degree of the normal population(normal,control,NC),mild and slow Fatigue group(chronic fatigue,CF),severe chronic fatigue group(chronic fatigue syndrome,CFS)and other three categories of students' physical health test scores of t-test,analysis of different degree of fatigue of students body side results if there is significant difference.Results:In this survey,the detection rale of CF was 3.79%and the prevalence rate of was higher than that of female students.The prevalence rate of CFS was higher than that of female students.The prevalence rate of senior students was higher than that of the lower grade students.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the burden of learning(OR=21.835),awake time(OR=7.388),the father character(OR=5.566),sleeping time(OR=1.181),sleeping quality(OR=1.177)are all risk factors for CFS.Father's character and learning burden is the main factors causing chronic fatigue.Students "test" standard and chronic fatigue degree have significant correlation,indi-vidual test scores,1000 meters,800 meters,50 meters and other test items run in CF,CFS student achievement success rate was significantly lower than that of NC students,and there is a significant difference in scores between levels,in the long jump.Basically,there is no FCV tests difference.Conclusions:The main influencing factors of chronic fatigue of middle school students are learning burden,time to get up,sleeping time,sleeping quality,father's character,along with father's character and learning burden,which is the main cause of CFS.Chronic fatigue has obvious influence on the "test" results,especially for endurance type projects,indicating that CFS may be one of the reasons for non-compliance of the middle school students,physical health test.
