At present,more than 1 million people worldwide have died of trauma and wounded tens of millions of people each year.In our country,trauma is the fifth leading cause of death and has become one of the most important disease spectrum in emergency.Trauma is a major stress event that affects the entire person,including physical,mental,emotional,behavioral changes.The critical period of a week in a microscopic treatment room determines the life and death of the limbs of a replantation limb.Patient caregivers face the uncertainty of the patient's illness,not only to bear the urgent economic pressure,but also psychological,physical,social and other burdens.The degree of patient recovery is closely related to caregivers,suggesting that medical social workers provide intervention services.The aim of this study is to investigate the anxiety and burden of the primary caregiver in the replantation of the microsurgery after the microsurgery.Mainly limited by the crisis intervention goal,input hope and provide support for the three principles as the theoretical support for quantitative research,literature research as the main research methods,interviews and fill in self-compiled questionnaires for the needs of the main caregiver analysis.And designing single-panel content,using a one-team service for primary caregivers.The primary caregivers were numbered according to hospital admission order and divided into control and experimental groups.The levels of anxiety of primary caregivers using CBI,The degree of burden before and after the test.Through a single subgroup,it gives vent to emotions and gets a response to the crisis.It also learns about the hospital hardware and software facilities,visiting procedures,disease knowledge and a series of what they want most and eventually promote their physical,psychological and social relief.This article discusses in detail the use of the three principles of crisis intervention by medical social workers as theoretical support and the single subgroup guided by the needs of the primary caregivers of patients in the anxiety and burden of caregivers of limb amputation Each single subgroup analysis and reflection process,as well as the use of CBI scale after the test,further summarizes the single subgroup of amputees patient caregiver anxiety and burden of the practical application of feasible recommendations to this group,Especially emergency trauma patients and their families,to provide more appropriate services.
